Ten recipients of the 2015 Land Lover and Clean Business awards were recognized at the June 2015 meeting of the Henrico Board of Supervisors. Lakewood was named the winner for the Clean Business Award for the Tuckahoe District. The recipients, who represented residential and commercial properties from each of Henrico’s five magisterial districts, were also commended with signs placed at their properties in recognition of their awards. The Keep Henrico Beautiful Committee has presented the awards annually since 1995 to promote high standards for property maintenance.

Lakewood is located on more than 100 wooded acres in Henrico County at the intersection of Lauderdale Drive and John Rolfe Parkway. With a putting green, garden area, walking paths, beautiful lawns and flower gardens, residents enjoy Lakewood’s spacious campus.

The campus at Lakewood is maintained by the staff including Doug Youndt, Groundskeeper, and Hynson’s Green Outdoors, Inc. Landscape Designers and Consultants.
