Heather Crumbaugh to Serve as Acting Assisted Living, Memory Support Administrator
Heather Crumbaugh, Lakewood’s executive director, will be serving as the acting assisted living and memory support administrator until a full-time team member can be hired into this position.
Heather holds a nursing home administrator’s license, which can be utilized in assisted living as well, in South Carolina. She is in the process of obtaining endorsement through the Virginia Department of Health Professions which would allow for her South Carolina license to be converted to Virginia. The Department of Social Services, which regulates all Virginia Assisted Livings, recognizes the process that Heather is currently working through to obtain her license, and allows her to serve as an acting administrator during a time of transition.
The Lakewood team is actively recruiting to fill this position with an experienced administrator to serve residents, team members and families. Updates about recruitment efforts soon will be shared soon.
